Terms of Service

The rules for using Solis, a mission-aware AI workspace by Sunray Labs AI.

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Solis, a product of Sunray Labs AI, including our website, workspace, AI tools, search, memory, mission features, artifacts, billing, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Solis on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

You may not use Solis to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.

3. AI outputs and user content

You retain ownership of the prompts, documents, files, and other content you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in commercial, legal, financial, medical, or regulated contexts.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and usage

Some features may consume credits or require a paid plan. Usage, model costs, and credit balances may vary depending on selected models, tools, file size, context length, and other usage factors.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, purchases, credits, and subscription fees are non-refundable once consumed or after the relevant billing period begins.

5. Third-party and local AI services

Solis may route requests through third-party AI providers, search services, infrastructure providers, or locally hosted services depending on your configuration and feature use.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we design the platform to make AI usage more transparent and controllable.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves, especially while new AI capabilities are being developed.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or other appropriate channels.
